Credits for designs. Downloads included.

One credit is one design. New ideas come 4 at a time unless you pick or ask for another number (1 to 6); refining a design makes 1 to 4 versions, one credit each. Turning an existing logo into vector files uses 2. Downloads never use credits.

Every AI tool, with one balance: new logos and designs, refinements, Ask AI in the editor (1 credit per change), AI pictures, Image Trace and turning a logo into vectors. The same tools used from Claude, other AI apps, the API or scripts cost the same. Each tool shows what it uses before it runs, and your account lists what every credit was used for. Editing by hand, layouts, exports and downloads never use credits.

5 GB free with every account. A package raises it while it's active: 20 GB with Starter, 50 GB with Pro and 100 GB with Studio, and a monthly plan keeps it for as long as you're subscribed. Designs you keep on your device don't count. If you go over, you can still open, edit and download everything, and your account shows your biggest designs so you can free up space.

Everything stays for 60 days. If you're storing more than your free 5 GB, we email you when the package ends and again 30, 7 and 1 day before the date, so you can renew, download everything or tidy up. After 60 days, only what's over 5 GB is deleted, oldest first, starting with old version history; we stop as soon as you're within your storage. Your account always shows the date and exactly what would go first. Designs you keep on your device are never affected.

Only after a long time. If an account has no active package and isn't used for 2 years, we email you, and delete the designs and files in it 60 days later unless you sign in. Signing in once keeps everything. Your account, invoices and the licences of files you downloaded always stay.

Yes, with any account. Connect Graphivo to Claude or another AI app, or use the API and scripts: they work on your designs like you do. AI tools use credits at the same prices; everything else is free within fair daily limits that grow with your package.

Yes. Every package includes 30 days of downloads of every logo in your account, without watermark, in SVG, PNG, PDF and EPS, with the commercial license. Pro adds the brand kit, social media kit and app icons; Studio adds guidelines, mockups, business cards and letterhead. On a monthly plan, downloads stay active as long as you're subscribed.

Previews show a watermark again, and new downloads need a package or a monthly plan. Everything you downloaded stays yours: those files keep their commercial license (and Studio's client-work license) for good, and your account keeps a license certificate for each logo. Your designs stay in your account too.

Yes. Package credits last 30 days from purchase, and free credits 30 days. On a monthly plan, each month's credits last until the end of that billing month; unused ones don't carry over. The credits that expire first are used first, and your account shows every expiry date.

Tick "Make this a monthly subscription" when you choose a package. You get 25% more credits every month (Starter 50, Pro 188, Studio 625), priority generation, the brand kit and social kit on every plan, and downloads that stay active as long as you're subscribed. Each month's credits last until the end of that month. Cancel anytime from your account; the plan ends at the end of the month you paid for.

Starter is enough for one logo with all its files. Pro adds the brand kit, social media kit and app icons most new businesses need. Studio has the most credits at the lowest price per credit, the full brand set and a license to design for clients.

US prices are shown before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. EU prices include VAT.

Credits and files are delivered right after payment, so purchases are final, except where the law gives you other rights. You can try everything for free first. If something is wrong with a file, email support@graphivo.com and we'll put it right.
